Gimli... as per SOP

Although I am in Winnipeg, this post will be about Gimli.

I am out here for the one day of updates about the CHAP program and how to be a kickin' UHRA... again...

Looks like I will be doing some flight safety stuff, the UHRA stuff, be a Dep Com for Tom Smith and hopefully I'll be in there for the entertainment stuff at the mess too...

Tom has lent me his camera so that I may keep my photo life up to date, as Ryan has kept his camera at home.

News that I probably didn't pass on through here includes...

1- engaged, wedding looks like sept 20 2008

2 - 1 more year of kines, but i will have to take a couple spring courses, so i may miss a few days of camp at the start next year.

3 - my parents are in Germany visiting my brother. one can hope to get cool german postcards...

4 - vegas in sept for Zap's wedding

5 - applied for captains qual... big thumbs up and fingers crossed for that one.

6 - 64 hours intructing... hoping to hit standards by camps end

7- Roman Nahachewsky is on the instructors course this summer, so i haop to be a grand instructor soon.

8 - Flight Safety was awesome. met some super awesome people and learned a lot of sweet stuff. love the staff, love the course, recommended for all.


I think thats all the big ones.

i will try to keep more current, but with 4 jobs and doubtful internet connections, that remains to be seen!!
